I don’t know if it’s serious to be shin splints but my right shin has been bothering me for the past week.
At first it wasn’t that bad and I continued my jogging activities per usual but nowadays I can only take walks.
I don’t know what to do. I’ve been told to put ice on it and elevate my leg but I don’t have ice and I’m too lazy to go buy it.
This really sucks because the results of my hard work (jogging on most days) have just begun to show. Also, I went down a pant size.
I guess this means some more researching and possibly switching to yoga/pilates.
The problem is that my living room is pretty cramped and I hate how unromantic a place it is for yoga/pilates.
I know, I know.
I’m picky.
So… off to do some more research, I guess.
Consequently, I really miss running.
